Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners, our sales representatives introduce homeowners to our cutting-edge solar products.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads (don't worry, we provide comprehensive training).
• Address any concerns or objections homeowners may have while highlighting the exceptional advantages of our solar solutions.
• Deepen your understanding of our solar products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and government incentives.
• Assess customer needs and tailor personalized recommendations based on their energy consumption patterns.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential future customers.
• Communicate customer requirements, preferences, and installation considerations to the appropriate teams.

Your Daily Adventure:

• Assigned neighborhoods within a one-hour radius of our office.
• Connect with homeowners, building meaningful relationships while showcasing the incredible benefits of solar energy.
• Solar representatives schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our veteran sales representatives, who will provide them with detailed product breakdowns.
• Attend meetings three times a week at our office for meeting with other solar sales representatives, training, goal-setting, and exciting incentives.

• Collect relevant contact information and details for seamless follow-up.

Your Reporting Structure:

• Report to the X office Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors preferred).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Possess a smartphone for seamless communication.
• Minimum of 2 years in any customer service role (server, bartender, retail, sales, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, driven by achieving success.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined, with a passion for continuous growth.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
• Ability to stand and walk outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
